• Share and sell only artwork you own or have full rights to.
• No stolen, copied, or misrepresented work. Protecting originality protects our community.
• Pro Sellers (artists, galleries, studios) must always represent their work truthfully.

3. Honest Marketplace Practices

• Present your artwork accurately, with clear photos, honest descriptions, and the true condition.
• Deliver sold items on time and as promised.
• Buyers should follow through on purchases and respect the artist’s process.

 4. Safety & Protection

• All transactions must stay on Art is Lit to ensure Buyer Protection.
• No off-platform deals or sharing of private financial details.
• If issues arise, our Customer Support team is here to help, following our Refund Policy.

To protect the integrity of Art is Lit, we do not allow:

• Plagiarized or counterfeit art
• Abuse, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Violence or harmful imagery
• Illegal or restricted items
• Spam, scams, or misleading information

 7. Privacy & Responsibility

• Respect others’ privacy,  never share personal information without consent.
• Parents/guardians (18+) may create accounts for minors but are fully responsible for their activity.
• Each member is responsible for their own content, words, and interactions.
